• 2 Coordination meetings starting 6-7 weeks out

• Review of vendor contracts

• Creation of a master wedding day timeline, sent to all vendors

• Communication with vendors to confirm day of details

• Final venue walkthrough

• 1 hour ceremony rehearsal direction

• Up to 10 hours on wedding day with a team of two coordinators:​

  •  Supervising setup of florals, rentals, catering, etc.

  •  Setting up wedding day essentials such as card box, guest book, escort / place cards, favors

  • Queuing of ceremony and reception timeline: intros, first dances, cake cutting, toasts, etc.

  • Distributing vendor tips and final payments

  • Collecting gifts and setup items at the end of the night
